My experience in B2B telemarketing comes from having created special campaigns for more than a hundred industries within the B2B sector, each of which included telemarketing tools. I've also run a telemarketing activity for some 150 clients, finding preselected prospects for various industries from their specific areas and thus acquired something in the region of 15-25.000 prospective clients for my clients. During those years a few things were created and a few more had to be found in order to make it work efficiently and profitably. This site www.telemarketingtips.info concentrates solely on the subject of telemarketing... or "B2B telemarketing" as well call it since we do not deal with consumer campaigns at all. On this web site, we've tried to give some insight into telemarketing and how it can be tailored individually to meet with the needs of your B2B company while yet aligning perfectly with what your target group truly wants (but isn't receiving from your competitors). It may all appear a bit confusing as so much of it goes against traditional thinking. Whether or not that thinking is right is not really the point. What matters is that everyone uses the traditional method of telemarketing and, by its breadth alone, it has lost its efficiency. So in evaluating these techniques, you should perhaps not concentrate on HOW it works but THAT it does. It works now, it's the new thing... and it will work for a decade or two until it (in its turn) becomes "the widely accepted traditional technique of telemarketing" at which point it has reached the end of its efficiency and it's time for something new. I have no hidden agenda with this site. I've spoken my mind with the purpose of finding LIKE-MINDED business people. This web site and the views it presents are an invitation. The invitation is extended only to those who agree with the principles of one or more of these articles. If you do then I guarantee you will find our services both interesting and extremely useful in aiding you to achieve the goals you've set. My view of the telemarketing, marketing and advertising services offered to the B2B sector is NOT based on the idea that "all is well." It's not. I strongly protest the idea that marketing and telemarketing are viewed as mere EXPENSES, something which is budgeted for while no-one expects it to produce any RESULTS. I don't believe in creating telemarketing systems or marketing campaigns without first surveying the needs and wishes of the target group ALONG with a careful analysis of the vendor's unique potentials. I don't believe in doing surveys which predetermine the end result as questions are multiple choice or otherwise loaded with "what's expected as the answer." And I don't believe in creating campaigns for the purpose of selling to MY client the B2B company and its top executive because YOU are not going to buy your product... so I only do campaigns for your target group.

Acknowledging the top executive and/or business ownerIn my view, the top executive does not receive the acknowledgment that he or she deserves. I say this NOT out of trying to please but because it is my goal to provide loyal support and acknowledgment to those executives I choose to work with. Consequently, this "slant" is visible on these pages and it may offend someone who is not a top executive. For this I could apologise... but I won't, because this web site is only meant for business owners and/or the top executives!
